Event Date: Saturday Nov 6, 2010, ASU Equine Center, Jonesboro, AR Agreement is as follows: Responsibilities of the Artist: 1) Artist must arrive at the ASU Equine Center no later than 10 am on Saturday Nov.6 Check in & Staging Terry Jones 2) Artist will perform 30-45 minutes with a 2 minute on stage sound check. Artist must stay for duration of festival. 3) Artist must operate and staff their own merchandise table in the event that the artist does not have merchandise the artist will have an information table about their band and contact information for youth groups. 4) Artist must agree to let Powerhouse Ministries use their likeness taken from the festival on any future promotional material, with out compensation. I.e.: Promo posters, commercials, brochures and the like. 5) Artists must provide their own equipment. A Drum Kit will be provided, but drummers need to bring their own Snare Drum, Cymbals, Bass Drum Pedal, and Throne. 6) All artists are responsible for their own meals. Vendors will be present. 7) PowerJam reserves the right to ask any artist to leave festival immediately for improper conduct. Responsibilities of Powerhouse Ministries: 1) Tent, table and two chairs will be provided for merchandise Upon request. 2) Water will be provided to artist during stage performance. 3) Sound and lights will be provided.
